EUR 4 Million and Counting: A Track Record of Stability and Returns
We are proud to share that since InRento’s inception, our platform has paid out over 4 million EUR in earnings to investors. These returns have been generated from a diversified portfolio of buy-to-let projects spanning across Lithuania, Poland, Ireland, and Spain. What’s even more remarkable is that this has been achieved without a single default — a testament to our rigorous due diligence, risk management processes, and commitment to sustainable investing.
InRento Publishes Audited Financial Statements for 2024
We are pleased to announce that our audited financial accounts for the year 2024 are now available in the statistics page. Over the past year, InRento achieved strong growth, with sales revenue increasing by 53% — from EUR 758,456 in 2023 to EUR 1,157,054 in 2024.
The company has remained profitable for the second consecutive year. While net profit experienced a slight decline compared to the previous year, this is primarily attributed to our strategic investments into expanding operations and opening offices in the Polish market and other new regions, as well as significant advancements in our technology infrastructure. These investments are setting the stage for long-term scalability and sustainable growth.

Insights into the Vilnius Housing Market – Q1 2025
In the first quarter of 2025, the housing market in Vilnius remained active, with a significant increase in the number of transactions recorded in March. During the month, 1,136 apartment sales transactions were concluded – 10.08% more than in February (1,032 transactions). This growth confirms the continued strong buyer activity and confidence in the market.
The total number of apartments sold in the first quarter amounts to 3,052, which is 43.89% more than in the same period in 2024, when 2,121 transactions were recorded. The main growth was driven by the new-build segment, with 1,667 units sold in the first three months of the year: 624 in January, 502 in February and 541 in March. These results reflect the increased interest in modern, energy-efficient housing.
In the same period, the supply side showed some contraction. In March, three new projects with 165 new apartments were launched on the market, but the total number of apartments on the market decreased by 6% from 5633 to 5272. With around 20% of the supply already reserved, there are currently around 4,200 apartments available to buyers.
If this demand dynamic continues and demographic trends remain stable, rise in rental prices can be expected. Limited supply may no longer keep pace with demand, which could have a direct impact on rental price increases. These conditions reinforce the investment potential in the buy-to-let, which remains attractive for investors looking for stable returns.
