We are pleased to announce that two buy-to-let projects have been successfully realised: Stay Express Hotel, Vilnius and H2O, Kaunas. Both projects delivered returns above their initial projections.
Stay Express Hotel, Vilnius
The project's annual return exceeded expectations. Instead of the projected 9%, the actual average annual return across all stages reached 9.6%.
The final return on investment depends on the investor's invested amount. Investors who invested EUR 100,000 or more were entitled to up to 25% variable capital gains.
The investment offer consisted of a 271.69 sq. m. hotel located in Vilnius Old Town, at Vingrių Str. 14. The property comprised 20 apartments spread over 3 floors, operating in one of the most visited parts of the city, a short walk from the MO Museum and Vilnius Town Hall. An independent appraiser had valued the hotel at EUR 1,199,000.
The successful completion of the Stay Express Hotel, Vilnius project demonstrates the strength of income-generating hospitality assets in prime locations. A total of EUR 958,970 has been returned to investors, and more than EUR 10,250 in capital gains has been paid.
H2O, Kaunas
The project's annual return also exceeded expectations. Instead of the projected 9.9%, the actual average annual return across all stages reached 10.19%.
Alongside monthly interest, the project carried a fixed annual capital gain of 1.5%, paid on realisation.
The investment offer consisted of a river-front industrial property located at Raudondvario pl. 105A, Kaunas, on the bank of the river near the Piliamiestis district, one of the fastest-developing areas of the city.
H2O, Kaunas is proof that unusual assets can deliver conventional returns: an industrial site supplying water to local factories is far from a typical buy-to-let object, but the fundamentals were sound: a profitable, cash-generating owner, tangible collateral, and a prime river-front position in a district that is actively being redeveloped.
A total of EUR 414,700 has been returned to investors, and EUR 18,786 in capital gains have been paid.
In 2026, investors have earned more than EUR 3.4 million in interest payments, while the total value of returned investments exceeds EUR 9.9 million.
2026 also marks another milestone for InRento – the total amount funded has surpassed EUR 115 million. More than EUR 47 million in new investments has already been funded this year, while the average return performs at a competitive 11.59% p.a.
In addition to the monthly interest payments, the returned investments have also generated additional capital gains, which are paid out upon completion of the projects. This further increases the total return and provides even greater benefits to investors.
To date, the total value of realised investments has amounted to EUR 34.3 million – a strong reflection of the platform’s stability and consistent performance.
