We are pleased to announce that A32, Katowice has been successfully realised. The project’s annual return exceeded expectations – instead of the projected 9.25%, investors earned an actual average annual return of 10.34%.
The investment covered 290.84 sq. m. of premises in a residential building at Armii Krajowej 32C in Katowice, Poland. The development comprised six apartments, two commercial units and six underground parking spaces.
When financing began, construction was approximately 85% complete, and four apartments were already covered by preliminary sale agreements. The funds were used for the remaining construction and finishing works.
The loan was secured by a first-rank mortgage on collateral independently valued at EUR 666,003, with a loan-to-value (LTV) ratio of 53%.
Investors received monthly interest throughout the loan term, while fixed capital gains were paid at realisation. Final repayment took longer than planned due to the notarial process. Under the loan agreement, a late-payment penalty of 0.2% per day was applied to the outstanding principal and fixed capital gains.
A total of EUR 350,000 in invested capital has been returned to 390 investors, with an additional EUR 10,658.60 in late-payment penalties paid alongside EUR 5,250 capital gains.

In 2026, investors have earned more than EUR 3.9 million in interest payments, while the total value of investments returned this year has exceeded EUR 11 million.
More than EUR 54 million in new investments has already been funded this year, bringing the total amount funded through InRento to over EUR 127 million. The platform’s average annual return stands at 11.58% p.a.
Alongside monthly interest, realised projects also generate capital gains payable upon completion, contributing to investors’ overall returns. Total earnings paid to InRento investors have now surpassed the EUR 12 million milestone.
To date, the total value of realised investments has reached EUR 35.9 million. The default rate across all historical InRento loans remains at 0%.
