"In a competitive market for alternative investments, we never aimed to be the fastest or the biggest from the outset. Since our establishment in 2020, we have focused on consistency in operations and the highest quality of service, gradually strengthening investor confidence and enabling long–term success, which has gradually improved investor confidence and allowed us to achieve outstanding results – all projects we have completed have generated better returns than initially planned.", says Deividas Urbanovičius, Head of Investor Relations at "InRento".
According to him, "InRento" business model is clear and, most importantly, offers stability to investors – interest is paid monthly and the invested amount is repaid after the project is realised, by the contract deadline. “This provides a predictable return flow for investors, points out 'InRento' representative.”, points out "InRento" representative. On top of the EUR 3 million already paid in interest, a part of the original investments has been paid back through the platform, with 29 projects fully realised.
"At the same time, in certain projects, interest rates are indexed to inflation, which in the long term secures investors' income from depreciation. Additionally, all investments made through the platform are secured by a first charge mortgage, granting investors priority claims on the pledged real estate.", – D. Urbanovičius adds.
Investment in the future – supporting severely ill children
While "InRento" is thrilled with this year's results and the sustained success of its investor community, it is also mindful of those who are in particular need of help right now. During the holiday season, "InRento" invites its investors to contribute to helping seriously ill children and their families by donating a portion of their interest earnings to the "R. Kaukėnas charitable foundation". The charity fund helps children with oncological, genetic and other critical illnesses by working closely with their families and providing the necessary support.
"The donation option is integrated into "InRento" project page where investors can allocate funds to this noble cause throughout December. Donating is an investment in the future of children, the well–being of their families and the strength of Lithuanian society", – notes D. Urbanovičius.
Record figures and rising international positions
This year, "InRento" has achieved even more impressive financial results and strengthened its international position.
"In 2024, our investment portfolio grew by 75% and the total amount of investments exceeded EUR 35 million. In November alone, we paid out almost EUR 200,000 in interest, a significant indication of our ability to ensure continued growth", – says D. Urbanovičius.
In addition to the Lithuanian market, the company is actively expanding its operations abroad. According to "InRento" representative, the Irish market has become a strategic point for the platform's development, and the first project there has attracted particular attention due to its attractive risk/return ratio. Meanwhile, outside Lithuania, "InRento" has also opened its first office in Poland.
"Every new market is an opportunity for us to prove our worth – we analyse macroeconomic conditions and aim for long–term success. We plan to have more than half of our projects financed abroad next year", – adds D. Urbanovičius.
Investing involves the risk of losing some or all of the amount invested, so it is advisable to diversify your investments and invest responsibly.
