In just three summer months, InRento attracted more than EUR 11 million into real estate projects – a historic milestone for the platform. This is the same amount that previously took two and a half years to collect since the platform began operating. This summer, investors also received over EUR 6 million in realised investments – the same amount that was returned over the platform’s first four and a half years.
“InRento is fundamentally changing the investment culture, creating substantial value for investors and has ambitious plans in Europe. More than EUR 11 million in investments in just three summer months highlights the strong momentum with which the platform is growing, expanding its circle of investors and their portfolios,” says InRento’s Investor Relations Representative Aušrinė Armonaitė.
This summer, InRento paid out more than EUR 1 million in interest to investors. Over five years, InRento investors have earned more than EUR 5.6 million in interest and have already received EUR 16.5 million in realised capital.
The InRento investor community consists of investors from more than fifty countries worldwide, who have the opportunity to invest in real estate buy-to-let and conversion projects across six different European markets.
This summer, InRento launched its operations in Latvia, the fifth foreign country where the platform offers real estate investment projects. Meanwhile, InRento has already become the largest crowdfunding platform in Poland. To date, three projects have been realised there, with a total value of over EUR 2.44 million, earning investors more than EUR 330,000 in interest.
“Investing on the InRento platform not only creates value for investors but also changes the way our cities look. Forgotten buildings and areas are being transformed into new homes for families or offices for businesses. Some Lithuanian investors are seeking to diversify their risks and invest their capital abroad, while many foreign investors — especially those from Germany — are actively investing in projects in Lithuania,” says A. Armonaitė.
“InRento is one of the few platforms in Europe that pays investors interest every month. This means greater financial freedom – the opportunity to generate passive income with an average annual return of more than 11%. In addition, since the start of InRento’s operations, a conservative financing strategy has ensured that the platform has no defaulted projects.” adds A. Armonaitė.
