InRento has reached another significant milestone: its investors have earned more than EUR 5 million in interest. Compared to the beginning of the year, this amount has increased by EUR 1.8 million.
"From the very beginning, our main priority has been to ensure consistency and quality. This strategy has proven successful – most of our completed projects have generated higher returns than initially expected," says Gustas Germanavičius, founder and CEO of InRento.
InRento's greatest advantage is a transparent and investor-friendly business model: interest is paid monthly, and investors can also benefit from capital gains. In addition, all investments are secured by real estate mortgages. A total of 56 projects have been fully realised, and the platform has no defaulted or late projects.
Record pace and expansion abroad
The results of recent months show that the platform's growth is gaining momentum. In June, InRento achieved two records: it attracted almost EUR 3.5 million in investments in a single month and paid out more than EUR 400,000 in interest to investors during the same period.
"These figures demonstrate not only our ability to grow, but also the strong confidence of investors – when there is uncertainty in the financial markets, investors choose projects that generate monthly income and ensure a clear return. We are proud to offer a product that provides investors with a great level of security and allows them to plan their finances more stably," emphasizes G. Germanavičius.
InRento continues to actively expand its operations internationally. In May, the platform entered Italy, which is now the fifth market where investors can diversify their portfolios. Meanwhile, investors in Poland have already financed eight projects through the platform.
"Our strategy is simple: to grow responsibly and strengthen investors' opportunities to earn investing in more European countries. We analyze the specifics of each market and strive to ensure that every project we finance is economically sound and secure," says G. Germanavičius.
