- Number of new investment opportunities: 21;

- Number of square meters financed: 1,648.08 m²; 

- Average investment return: 11.20%;

- Average project return: 8.33%;

- Repaid amount of principal investments: EUR 197,768.3;

- Late projects: 0;

- Amount financed: EUR 3,187,051;

Projects portfolio

InRento's outstanding loans portfolio continues to demonstrate robust performance with a remarkable track record of 0 late or defaulted projects. The platform's total funded amount has now surpassed EUR 20 million, a significant increase that underscores the growing trust and support from our investors (read more in the press release). Moreover, we're proud to announce that the interest paid to investors has already surpassed the EUR 1.5 million mark. New technical features

In the first quarter of 2024, we've made significant enhancements to our platform, introducing a suite of new features designed to streamline and enrich the user experience. Among these updates, users will find a handy upcoming payments list and the convenience of making deposits directly via card for Mangopay users. 

The highlight of our recent advancements is the integration with the Paysera super app, marking a significant milestone in our efforts to make investing more accessible. This collaboration enables InRento to be featured within Paysera's banking app, allowing investors to seamlessly place investments with just a few clicks. This integration not only simplifies the investment process but also opens up a new avenue for investors to engage with our platform directly from Paysera's banking environment.

Insurance processes validated by an actual event

We always stress the importance of having insurance for all the properties we finance. It’s our way of making sure everyone’s investment is safe from unpredictable factors.

Just last week, a property owned by MB Rego Properties at Project Z8 in Vilnius, was hit hard by some really strong winds. The damage to the roof was significant, but as per our requirements, the property was fully insured.

This meant that neither the project owner nor our investors had to worry about any loss in the project's value. It’s moments like these that remind me why we do what we do — making sure we’re all protected against the unpredictable. Read the full article here.
