We are proud to announce a major achievement in InRento’s history – the largest single repayment ever on our platform.

In total, investors received:

  • EUR 1,586,400 in principal;
  • EUR 212,042.74 in historical profit;
  • All repayments were made ahead of the principal return date.

This was possible after another financial institution refinanced all projects in the portfolio, enabling full early repayment to our investors.

Projects Behind This Success

The repaid portfolio consisted of three buy-to-let projects in Vilnius, all developed by K129 Living, UAB – a team with more than 20 years of real estate experience.

These projects are a clear reflection of InRento’s approach to financing income-generating assets, where additional value can be created through renovation and active management, with interest paid to investors from rental income.

K129, Vilnius

  • 10 fully furnished apartments optimised for high-occupancy short-term rentals;
  • Annual returns of 9% – 9.5% plus a fixed 1.5% capital gains bonus;
  • Strong and consistent occupancy rates (75-80%) and a prime location near major venues and shopping centres.

 

Apartments 127, Vilnius

  • 14 apartments adapted for both short and long-term rentals;
  • Annual returns of 9% – 10.5% plus a fixed 1.5% capital gains bonus;
  • Property value increased from EUR 674,000 to EUR 775,000 in six months, with the Loan-to-Value ratio starting at 45%.

 

Urban Living, Vilnius

  • 14-apartment complex converted from commercial premises;
  • Annual returns of 10% – 10.75% plus a fixed 1.5% capital gains bonus;
  • Value rose from EUR 603,000 to EUR 832,000 in just 10 months following significant renovations.
