InRento, the Lithuanian crowdfunding platform for buy-to-let projects was awarded as the “LendTech” of the year at this year's European FinTech Awards in London. According to the award organizers, this year InRento was recognized as a strong, market-changing solution that makes financing and investing more accessible to a wider audience.
"We are delighted to be among the best in Europe for the third time: in 2022 and 2024, we were recognized as a leading investment technology in Europe. This proves that we are on the right track, that our work stands out for its quality, contributes to the growth of the entire sector, and is acknowledged by the entire European financial technology community and international investors," says the founder of InRento G. Germanavičius.
InRento has exceeded EUR 51 million in funded amount, paid out more than EUR 5 million in interest to investors, and has fully implemented 56 projects. InRento is also consistently expanding its activities beyond Lithuania – in Italy, Poland, and Ireland.
“Our investor community already has over 31,000 registered members, most of whom come from the EU countries - Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, and Lithuania. Previously, investing in real estate rental projects was only available to those with significant capital and required considerable knowledge. Now, with InRento, investors from all over Europe can easily access this asset class by investing in loans secured by real estate," says G. Germanavičius.
InRento maintains an average annual return of nearly 12% with no defaulted projects. Its investment portfolio is continuously expanding with professionally vetted, mortgage-backed investments.
