Lithuanian crowdfunding platform InRento has reached the EUR 30 million threshold for attracting investments in buy-to-let projects while maintaining an average annual return on investment of over 13%. With more than 24,000 users, all the projects funded by the platform were completed without delays.

"Almost exactly one year ago, we had raised a total of EUR 15 million in investments, and in January this year, we reached the EUR 20 million mark. This figure has increased by 50% in just over seven months and now exceeds EUR 30 million. This is an indicator of sustainable growth and the result of our consistent efforts," says Gustas Germanavičius, founder and CEO of InRento.

The platform's investors have already earned more than EUR 2.3 million - EUR 1 million more than at the beginning of this year.

"Our sustained and steady growth is due to many factors. The four years of operation have seen a lot of turbulence in geopolitics and the economy. Still, regardless of this, the projects we have financed have not experienced any delays or insolvencies, and we have expanded our operations in Lithuania, Poland, and Spain. The size and stability of the project portfolio is a key reason for the growth of the investor community. It consists of more than 24,000 registered investors, mostly from abroad," says G. Germanavičius.

Despite the relatively lower risk, the average annual return on the platform is currently above 13%. Many projects have a higher final return than expected due to variable interest and interest indexation.

"InRento was also recently recognised as the best investment technology at the 2024 European FinTech Awards in London. This is the second win for the platform, which first won the title in 2022. According to G. Germanavičius, the double award demonstrates InRento's ability to consolidate its leadership and continuously evolve in the rapidly changing FinTech space.

"This great achievement shows that our solution stands out across the continent. Receiving this award for the second time is even more significant as it confirms our long-term commitment our ability to innovate constantly and encourages us to continue to develop safe, reliable and accessible investment solutions for everyone," says G. Germanavičius.
