InRento has successfully financed EUR 5 million for Havet Hotel, a five-star property located on Poland's Baltic Sea coastline. The real estate rental project offered investors more than just attractive returns, monthly interest payments and a fixed capital gain at the end of the project, but also an added perk: the project owner gave investors complimentary stays at the hotel.

A Revenue-Generating Five-Star Hotel

Havet Hotel is an operating, income-generating property situated in one of Poland's most visited coastal resorts, with direct access to the Baltic Sea.

"The funds are being used for the acquisition of the property and to improve the hotel's operational efficiency, with the goal of increasing revenue and improving profit margins. Investor security is backed by collateral exceeding EUR 20 million in value, comprising 89 property units: 32 hotel apartments and 57 hotel service rooms, as well as a personal guarantee," said Deividas Urbanovičius, Investor Relations Representative at InRento.

The hotel features 133 apartments, a fully equipped SPA and wellness center with pools, and direct access to a private beach. The combination of leisure, wellness, and family-friendly amenities helps maintain a steady flow of guests throughout the year.

Attractive Returns and Added Benefits for Investors

This project offered investors annual interest rates of 9.4 – 10.65%, paid monthly, plus a fixed capital gain of 1.5% per year, paid out at the end of the project. This brings the total projected annual return to 10.9 – 12.15%.
The project also offered investors an additional benefit in the form of a Timeshare: depending on the amount invested, investors receive complimentary nights at the hotel.

Record-Breaking Platform Results

2025 was a record year for the InRento platform.
