First Ireland’s Project Realised – Investors’ Earned 10.12% p.a.

We are pleased to announce that the first buy-to-let project in Ireland – Parkview 33 has been successfully realised. The project’s annual return exceeded expectations – instead of the projected 9.5%, the actual average annual return reached 10.12%.

The investment offer consisted of a 132 sq. m. single-storey house located at 33 Murrough Avenue in Renmore, Galway. The property included four bedrooms and a side-entrance garage, which the project owner converted into a one-bedroom apartment. In addition, the property features a fenced front garden and a spacious parking area, further enhancing its attractiveness for tenants.

The successful completion of the Parkview 33, Ireland project once again demonstrates the stability of our portfolio. A total of EUR 212,000 has been returned to investors and more than EUR 4,000 in capital gains have been paid.

In addition to Parkview 33, Ireland several other projects on the platform have also been realised:

The B35, Vilnius project has been successfully realised after a longer sales process than initially expected. As the property was not sold within the originally planned timeline the project owner made a decision to refinance the project with another financial institution and the refinancing fee set in the loan agreement was applied. As a result, investors received an additional EUR 27,369 in refinancing fees across all stages, increasing the total return generated by the project. The project’s annual return exceeded expectations – instead of the projected 10%, the actual average annual return across all stages reached 16.46%.

Another realised project – M16, Vilnius – shows that real estate investments, like any investment, carry risk and outcomes may vary. In this case, the property was sold with a loss, meaning no additional profit share was generated. Nevertheless, investors received their full invested capital and agreed interest, demonstrating how the structure helps ensure stable returns even when market conditions affect the final sale price.

This project reflects the essence of InRento’s transaction structure — aiming to ensure stable returns for investors even under more challenging market conditions, while managing risk and maintaining a disciplined approach to project selection. It also highlights the importance of selecting reliable and experienced developers and consistently representing investors’ interests throughout the entire investment cycle.


In 2025, investors earned more than EUR 3.5 million in interest payments, while the total value of returned investments amounted to more than EUR 18.8 million.

In 2026, investors have already earned more than EUR 770,000 in interest payments, together with EUR 2.7 million of total invested capital has been returned.

2026 also marks another milestone for InRento – the total amount funded has surpassed EUR 80 million. More than EUR 12.3 million in new investments have already been funded this year, while the average return performs at a competitive 11.77% p.a.

In addition to the monthly interest payments, the returned investments have also generated additional capital gains, which are paid out upon completion of the projects. This further increases the total return and provides even greater benefits to investors.

To date, the total value of realised investments has amounted to EUR 27.1 million – a strong reflection of the platform’s stability and consistent performance.
