InRento crowdfunding platform has entered another acceleration phase – the total amount of projects financed by investors has now exceeded EUR 55 million. Another significant milestone has also been reached: over EUR 15 million has been returned to investors since the platform was launched, with over EUR 2.4 million returned in August alone. This is the largest amount returned in a single month since the platform began operating.
"For the past five years, InRento has been providing investors with reliable opportunities to earn income from real estate projects across Europe, guided by strict financing criteria. During this time, we have financed 193 projects with zero defaults – ensuring that investors receive monthly interest without interruption. We are not only enabling investors to generate returns but also enable investors and project owners to transform cities, one project at a time," says Gustas Germanavičius, founder and CEO of InRento.
Since its establishment, InRento has already realised 64 real estate rental projects with a total value of EUR 15 million and generated an average annual return of 11.92% for investors. The platform has maintained a track record of zero defaulted projects.
Another particularly important milestone was achieved in August this year: more than EUR 2.4 million was returned to investors in a single month. Looking back, the amount of funds returned to investors over the year has more than tripled, from EUR 4.7 million in August 2024.
"These are not forecasts, but proven results. In August, for example, a portfolio of rental properties in Vilnius was refinanced, returning EUR 1.6 million to investors in a single payout. This year, an eight-story apartment building in southern Poland was realised and later a complex of 13 premium apartments with commercial premises in the Polish mountains, following earlier residential developments in Spain. Together, these projects demonstrate that our model delivers sustainable results not only in Lithuania but also across foreign markets," says G. Germanavičius.
Portfolio expansion: growth is accelerating
Alongside the accelerating pace of returns, there has also been significant progress in new projects and investments.
The first EUR 5 million on the InRento platform was reached in a year and a half, and today the same amount has been raised in just over a month. According to G. Germanavicius, one of the main reasons for this leap is the active expansion of InRento's activities abroad.
"This year, we are paying particular attention to the company's expansion abroad – we are hiring local teams and setting up offices. We already have an office in Warsaw, and by the end of the year we plan to expand our activities to other countries. Our investor community now unites more than 31,000 people from all over Europe, so we are pursuing our expansion in a disciplined manner, bringing more and more international projects to the market that meet the same quality standards," says G. Germanavičius.
