InRento has exceeded EUR 50 million in amount funded, maintaining an average annual return of nearly 12%. In the last year alone, investors have financed an additional EUR 23 million on the platform, which is a sign of further sustainable growth.

"Having started our operations in 2020, we raised and financed nearly EUR 2 million in our first year. In the last year alone, we have financed EUR 23 million. This is a clear sign of consistent and strong investor confidence," says Gustas Germanavičius, founder and CEO of InRento.

There are more than 31,000 investors registered on the platform, a significant proportion of whom are from Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, and other EU countries. Throughout its entire period of operation, InRento has already financed 186 projects in Lithuania, Italy, Spain, Poland, and Ireland.

"The consistent growth in investment and the increasingly active investor community are a direct result of our focused and responsible development. This year, we entered another new market – Italy – and are actively expanding in Poland. We offer investors new projects and broader opportunities to diversify their investments," notes G. Germanavičius.

Sustainable growth in Poland and a growing foreign portfolio

Poland remains one of the most significant markets for growth, with seven projects already financed there. "InRento" has become the largest buy-to-let platform in the country, surpassing local competitors.

"The Polish market is strategically important to us because of its size and investor-friendly conditions – we see potential for growth not only in major cities, but also in regions where commercial real estate and tourism are expanding rapidly. That is why we opened our first office abroad in Warsaw last year. This year, we plan to strengthen our team and expand our network of local partners so that we can offer more projects to our investors," says G. Germanavičius.

According to G. Germanavičius, the growing volume of projects in foreign markets indicates that investors are increasingly opting for geographical diversification as a means to protect their investments from local economic fluctuations.

"We see that more than half of the projects we are financing this year will be outside Lithuania. This allows investors to diversify their capital not only between different real estate segments, but also among countries, reducing overall risk and ensuring a more stable return in the long term," emphasizes G. Germanavičius.
