Investing in real estate projects should be transparent and easy to follow. At InRento, we have streamlined our onboarding process for future investors to ensure you can move from registration to your first monthly income as efficiently as possible.
Where to start?
Go to inrento.com. Click on the “Sign Up” option and fill in your basic account information details. As a regulated European platform, we only accept investors over the age of 18.
Mandatory identity verification
To ensure the highest level of security and compliance, every investor must complete the Ondato verification process. This is a mandatory step that takes approximately 2–5 minutes.
- Prepare your mobile device and identity document ready. Ensure you are in a well-lit environment and avoid direct overhead lights that create a "glare" on plastic ID cards. This will speed up the verification process.
- Next, you will be redirected to ondato.com. You will need to grant camera access on your device.
- You will be asked to consent to the processing of your data.
- Select the identity document type. Press “Start” to scan the front side of your document. Your document must be fully visible within the frame. Do not crop the edges. Ensure the image is not blurry. If you cannot read the text on your screen, the system won't be able to read it either. Once you have done this, press “Continue,” and then you will be able to scan the back of the document. Follow the same rules.
- When asked for a photo of your face, maintain a neutral expression and ensure your face is clearly lit.
- Your part is done! Now you need to wait while your data is processed. It usually takes around 2 minutes. After seeing the green check icon, the process is finalised.
Choosing your payment gateway
InRento integrates with two leading payment service providers. You have the choice of Mangopay or Paysera.
- Mangopay: Offers a seamless, integrated experience. You can manage everything directly through your InRento dashboard without external apps. Note: Mangopay requires a brief additional verification of your details to activate your wallet.
- Paysera: Ideal if you already have a Paysera account or if you prefer using a dedicated mobile app for your transactions.
In your next step, top up your Mangopay or Paysera account by making a transfer from any bank in the EU. You can also access the details of your Mango/Paysera account within the “Add Funds” section.
Your first investment project
Once your account is fully verified and your payment method is linked, the platform is yours to explore. You will gain access to complete project documentation, financial structures, and risk assessments for both new and funded projects.
You can begin building your portfolio with as little as €500, targeting projects that offer both monthly income and capital gain potential.
With InRento, you receive a monthly income paid into your account according to a pre-agreed schedule.
