    Reasons to invest in the project Nature living, Vilnius I:

    The apartment is surrounded by nature, located in Burbiškės Forest Park, Vilnius;

    Experienced project owner – successfully managing several similar buy-to-let projects on InRento platform;

    Interest paid monthly with an attractive annual return of 8.5% – 9%, plus an additional fixed annual capital gains: +1.5% (paid at the end of the project);

    Fixed interest linked (indexed) to inflation;

    Loan to Value (LTV) for this phase is 75%, maximum LTV for the whole project is 75%;

    An independent valuer valued the property and additional collateral at a combined value of EUR 180,400.

    InRento team presents a new buy-to-let project – Nature living, Vilnius I. The investment proposal consists of an apartment with a storage room in the newly developed apartments complex surrounded by nature, Burbiškių Forest Park – address Bartų g. 4.

    The area of the financed apartment with partial finishing – 55.65 m². The first phase finances the acquisition of the property, followed by a second phase, after the installation, to pay the contractors.

    Burbiškės Forest Park is home to wild walking, cycling and jogging trails. Despite the diversity of nature, the apartment is just 10 minutes by car from Vilnius Old Town.

    This project is focused on long-term rent. After the fitting-out works, the rental income of this three-room apartment with a storage room is expected to be EUR 1,000 per month.

    The owner of the project is Baltic Real, MB. The company has successfully administered several similar rental projects on the InRento platform.

    Investors will be paid a fixed interest rate of 8.5% – 9% per annum each month, depending on the amount invested. This project also has a fixed annual capital growth rate of 1.5% which is paid at the end of the project. This raises the total yield of this phase to between 10% and 10.5% annual return.
