After furnishing it, the project owner expects to generate a monthly rental income of EUR 1,300, including the parking slot and storage space. Investors will be paid a fixed annual interest of 7% – 7.4% depending on the amount invested.
This project has a fixed 1.5% annual capital gains, which are paid at the end of the project. This raises the overall yield of this stage of the project between 8.5% and 8.9% of the annual return.
