We are pleased to announce that the project – H4, Vilnius has been fully realised!
The project was financed in two stages with a total loan amount of – EUR 400,000.
The project consists of three new detached houses with partial finishing, with areas of 124.64 m² (Hetitų g.17), 124.66 m² (Hetitų g.19), 122.45 m² and (Hetitų g.25). The refinancing of these properties was financed.
Following the successful sale of these properties, the total average annual return to investors in this project was 9.75%.
The average annual return for the first phase was 9.77% and for the second phase 9.72%.
Disbursement of funds is currently underway and will be distributed within 1 working day.

Please keep in mind that the interest for this stage started to be calculated from 6 May.
The first interest payment will take place on 13 June for the month of May.

We would like to inform you that there won’t be a third stage of funding for the project – H4, Vilnius.

We would like to inform you that, the interest rate of the buy-to-let project H4, Vilnius, was increased and will be valid for all stages of the project. The annual interest rate paid to investors monthly has been increased by 1%.
Investors will be paid a fixed annual interest of 8% – 8.5% depending on the amount invested. This project has fixed 1.5% annual capital gains, which are paid at the end of the project. This raises the overall yield of the project between 9.5% and 10% of the annual return.

We would like to inform you that the interest for the first stage of project H4, Vilnius – starts to be calculated from 19 April 2023. This means that the investment will start generating yield from this Wednesday.
Interest for the second and third stages starts to be calculated from the next day after the stage is funded.
The interest for this period will be distributed in the following month after the properties will be mortgaged in the name of the creditors.
