Dear Investors,
We are happy to share new photos of the AVANTI hotel after the renovation. This project has a time-share (the possibility to stay in this hotel for free if investing the appropriate amounts).
After investing in one of the three financing stages of this project –
- Investors with EUR 5,000 or more can make a reservation for 1 night during the season or 2 nights during the off-season;
- Investors with EUR 10,000 or more can make a reservation for 2 nights in season or 4 nights in low season;
- Investors with EUR 20,000 or more can make a reservation for 5 nights in season or 9 nights in low season.
The season is from May 15 until September 30.
If your investment is up to EUR 20,000, you can use the offer only once, using one or all nights. If you invest more than EUR 20,000, you can use the overnight stays during separate visits.
To book a visit, you must write an e-mail to the following address: hotel@avanti.lt and indicate the planned date of arrival (the reservation must be made at least 45 days before the expected date of arrival). If the project owner has the opportunity to accept you earlier, he will inform you personally.
Suppose you have not been an investor in this project or have invested an amount that does not exceed EUR 5,000. In that case, we invite you to visit this hotel by making a reservation AVANTI or contacting directly by e-mail: hotel@avanti.lt.
