The crowdfunding platform InRento ended 2024 with record financial results. Last year, the company's annual sales revenue grew to EUR 1.16 million, which is 53% more than in 2023, when sales revenue reached EUR 758,000.

The growth trend has been repeated for three years in a row – in 2021, revenue reached EUR 132,000, and in 2022, it grew to EUR 322,000. The company's business model currently demonstrates sustainable and stable growth in sales revenue.

According to Deividas Urbanovičius, Head of Investor Relations at InRento, these results show that the company has successfully established itself in the crowdfunding market, which provides investors with a transparency-based investment model and, as the results show, a stable return.

"2024 was another breakthrough year for us, not only in financial terms but also in terms of international expansion. We have already financed projects in Spain, Ireland, Poland, and Italy. In just over a year, the total amount of projects we have co-financed has more than doubled, from EUR 20 million to EUR 45 million," says D. Urbanovičius.

More than EUR 4.5 million has already been paid out to users of the InRento platform. The average return on a completed project exceeds 12%. Despite the growing volume of investments, the company does not have a single default project. D. Urbanovičius emphasizes that responsible commitment management remains one of the key reasons why the platform has become one of the leaders in Europe.

First of its kind in Europe

InRento is the first crowdfunding platform in the European Union that offers the opportunity to invest in buy-to-let projects. The company holds a crowdfunding service provider licence issued by the Bank of Lithuania, which means that its processes comply with the required standards of transparency and financial security.

"We became the first platform of its kind in Europe because, from the very beginning, we wanted to do more than just offer an investment – we wanted to change the very logic of investing in buy-to-let projects. Our goal is for investors to find everything they need for modern and effective investment here," says D. Urbanovičius.

Real results, not expectations

During its period of operation, InRento has successfully fully realised 48 projects with a total value of EUR 7.9 million. It is worth noting that the average annual return on all realised projects was higher than expected at the beginning of the project, which sets the platform apart both in Lithuania and internationally.

According to D. Urbanovičius, this result is achieved through consistent risk assessment and strict selection criteria – financing is provided to economically viable, sustainable projects that are monitored throughout the entire investment project.

This structure allows investors to receive income as early as the following month, which is paid periodically on a monthly basis.

"Our investment approach is designed for those who prioritize sustainable returns over risky speculation. At InRento, we don’t sell dreams – we offer numbers that work and investments that perform. The investments we offer are based not on dreams, but on real figures that generate returns," says D. Urbanovičius.
