Dear Investors,

Transparency and accessibility of information remains one of our core values. As we do every year, to ensure full transparency, we publish our financial results for the previous year together with the auditor's report.

Net profit exceeded EUR 170,000
Comparing 2022 with 2023, the company became profitable. The audited net profit of the company in 2023 was EUR 170,742.

Revenue doubled
In 2023, the company's revenue amounted to EUR 758,456, whereas in 2022 the company's revenue amounted to EUR 322,567.

Increase in share capital
The company's share capital increased more than 10-fold from EUR 65,000 to EUR 694,673.

The capital meets regulatory requirements
The company's equity capital complies with Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council. 2020/1503 on European providers of crowdfunding services to businesses Article 11.

We would also like to remind you that InRento acts as an intermediary and expert in evaluating financing requests and that the financial and mortgage agreements are concluded directly between the investors and the project owners. This means that InRento acts as a representative of the creditors ( you – the investors) and the assets are mortgaged on behalf of the investors. The execution of all loans could be taken over by any other administrator or financial institution.

There are no late or defaulted projects on the InRento platform and the average return on investment at the time of publication of this report is 11.29% per annum. Up to date our investors have earned more than EUR 1.6 million by investing in the platform.
