InRento team presents a new buy-to-let project – M20, Vilnius. The investment offer consists of an apartment with an underground parking slot in the central part of Vilnius – Manufaktūrų St. 20.

The area of the financed property is 40.26 m². The financing will be used to acquire the apartment, which will be renovated later to increase its attractiveness in the market.
 
This project is oriented towards both long and short-term rentals. After the renovation, it is expected to generate a monthly rental income of EUR 1,200.

The project owner is Baltic Real, MB. The company has successfully realised and continues to manage several similar buy-to-let projects on the InRento platform.

Investors will be paid a fixed annual interest of 8% – 8.5% each month, depending on the amount invested. This project also has fixed annual capital gains of 1.5%, payable at the end of the project.

This raises the total yield of this phase to between 9.5% and 10% annual return.

The maximum duration of the project is 36 months.

The project’s annual return exceeded expectations – instead of the projected 8%, the actual average annual return reached 9.67%.

The disbursement of funds is currently underway and will be distributed within 2 working days.
