The area of the apartment is 39.17 m. The first stage, which took place almost 5 months ago, financed the acquisition of the property. All the fitting-out work has been completed, so the second stage is financed to pay the contractors.

According to the reports of an independent appraiser, the value of the property has increased from EUR 116,000 to EUR 191,000 over 7 months.
