In order to measure the profit of the project for a specific investor the following formula is being used: =ROUND((sale price of the asset - sale price of asset*0.97-notary expenses - minimum selling price defined by loan agreement (acquisition price or summary of all loan stages)) * amount invested by specific investor / amount funded * profit share in % value * (1- accounting fee ratio which depends on the amount invested), 2)

Accounting fee is applied in order to optimize and standardize internal accounting methodologies and resources, since the calculation of variable capital gains differs between projects and requires individual and dedicated resources. Additionally, InRento pays service fees to payment service providers for each transaction.
