The crowdfunding platform InRento has exceeded the EUR 70 million investment threshold, doubling its portfolio in less than a year since the end of 2024, when it stood at EUR 35 million. This is one of the fastest growth phases in the platform's history, showing that the InRento model has established itself not only among investors but also in the broader real estate market ecosystem.

"Such a growth leap is not a short-term fluke, but the result of consistent work. We see that investors value not only the model we offer, but also our strategic stability and the growing and diversifying range of projects we offer each year. Every million financed means strong trust in us and, more importantly, responsibility to create a sustainable portfolio that generates real returns," says Bernardas Preikšaitis, COO of InRento.

Six countries and international ambitions

InRento has already financed real estate projects in six European markets: Lithuania, Poland, Spain, Italy, Ireland, and Latvia. In Poland, InRento has become the largest platform for buy-to-let crowdfunding projects, outbalancing local competitors. The platform's geographical expansion allows investors to spread risk across different real estate segments and access markets with strong economic fundamentals and clear rental demand.

One of the most important projects this year is the financing provided to KCI S.A., a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and owned by Gremi International Group. The project is being implemented in the Krakow region, in the former Alvernia Studios complex, which will settle one of Europe's largest interactive cinema education centres. Investors know it as Alvernia Planet – a 16,800 sq. m cultural infrastructure facility with a unique architectural design and a vision of sustainable renovation.

"Such projects show that our model is suitable for both smaller real estate developers and large businesses with a clear development strategy. One of our priorities is to work with local teams and partners so that we can finance valuable, income-generating properties with long-term potential in every country," notes B. Preikšaitis.

Stable returns and profitable examples

InRento has already realised over 105 projects. The total amount returned to investors exceeds EUR 23 million, and InRento has paid EUR 7 million in interest. Unlike many other forms of investment, InRento projects generate income every month, and at the end of the investment, the initial investment is returned together with capital gains. In some cases, projects are completed ahead of schedule, and investors get their funds back sooner than planned.

One of the examples is 3  projects in Vilnius which were realised ahead of schedule in the third quarter of this year: K129, Apartments 127, and Urban Living. They were implemented by the experienced K129 Living team – investors received more than EUR 1.58 million in returns and earned over EUR 212,000 in profits.

"These examples confirm that our chosen model works in practice, both in terms of the regularity of returns and the profitability of completed projects. We will continue to consistently strengthen partnerships and local teams in different markets so that investors can access high-quality and carefully selected projects across Europe. Our goal is simple – to grow sustainably yet confidently," concludes B. Preikšaitis.

About InRento

InRento is the largest licensed crowdfunding platform for buy-to-let projects in the European Union, operating since 2020. The company has opened up opportunities to earn interest from buy-to-let projects by investing from EUR 500 without having to worry about finding tenants or managing the property. InRento's activities are licensed and supervised by the Bank of Lithuania. In 2025, InRento was recognised as the leading financing platform in Europe at the European FinTech Awards in London.

Investing involves the risk of losing some or all of the amount invested, so it is recommended to diversify investments and invest responsibly.
