The InRento team presents a new buy-to-let project – 4 Apartments, Warsaw. Apartments are located in central Warsaw residential districts.
The project involves a portfolio of four fully equipped residential apartments with dedicated parking spaces.
Total area of 313.33 sq. m. which generates EUR 7,609 in monthly profit. All apartments are leased on a long-term basis, providing predictable rental income.
Project apartments are located at Jerzego Holzera St. 1-33 and 34, Warsaw, Sarmacka St. 25-14, Warsaw and Danuty Siedzikówny St. 4-23, Warsaw.
Project purpose – securing additional funds to support operational cash flow while maintaining uninterrupted rental operations. At the end of the project, it is planned to sell project apartments.
According to Otodom.pl, as of December, 2025, average market price per sq. m. at Jerzego Holzera St. and Sarmacka St. – EUR 5,070, at Danuty Siedzikówny St. – EUR 4,400.
Project owner – Waldemar Chodziński, a Polish entrepreneur with strong experience in real estate development and investment management.
He is a co-founder and Management Board Member of Czerniakowski Capital, a Warsaw-based real estate investment company active since 2016, and is also involved in other property-focused businesses. His activities include real estate development, construction projects, and the management of a private portfolio focused on buying, selling, and renting properties.
Earlier in his career, he co-created Home Broker, one of Poland’s largest real estate brokerage firms, gaining solid expertise in residential transactions and market dynamics.
The project is secured by a first-rank mortgage on project assets and offers investors fixed monthly interest of 8.75 – 10% p.a., along with fixed capital gains of 1.5% p.a., paid at maturity. Which raises gross profitability between 10.25% and 11.5% p.a.
The maximum duration of the loan is 24 months.
This project has a fixed annual return on capital gains –
The capital gains are fixed and payable together with the repayment of the loan amount for the preceding instalment ("Instalment"), with the return for each successive Instalment being added to the calculation of the return. The Instalment shall be considered as per one calendar year. A fixed increment of 1.5% shall be applied to the Instalment.
Example calculation: If the Loan is repaid after one year, a fixed return of 1.5% applies. If the Loan is repaid after 24 months, a fixed return of 3% applies.
The profit margin is payable whether or not the Loan is repaid on the sale of the property.

In accordance with the General Terms of the Loan Agreement, if the underlying project assets are not mortgaged within 20 calendar days following the funding of the project, InRento reserves the right to terminate the transaction. As this condition was not met within the specified timeframe, the decision was made to cancel the transaction.
All funds are currently being returned from the notary’s deposit account. Once received, they will be distributed to investors as soon as possible. Please note that InRento will cover all costs related to the refund process in full. In addition, a 0.35% cashback from the invested amount will be paid out to all investors affected by this cancellation this week.
