The apartment of 126.71 m² is located on the 15th floor with an excellent view of all the main sites of Vilnius. This fully furnished apartment will be rented for long-term and is just a few minutes walk from the Parliament of the Republic of Lithuania. 

This apartment is financed with its own parking space, which further raises the attractiveness of this property. The apartment and the parking space are expected to generate a rental income of EUR 2,750 per month, which covers the amount of interest paid to the investors monthly.

Investors will be paid a fixed interest of 7.1% to 7.6% per annum each month, depending on the amount invested.

The project also has a fixed annual capital growth rate of 1.5%, payable at the end of the project. This raises the total yield for this phase to between 8.6% and 9.1% annual return.

Due to the lengthy mortgage and payout processes, we decided to pay a cashback of 0.35% to all of those who have invested in first and second stage of this project. The cashback will be paid within the next week.

We would like to inform you that this transaction was executed through a notary's deposit account, so the real estate insurance will be provided a little later than the disbursement of the funds. 

We will keep you further informed once the real estate insurance has been submitted.
