Dear Investor, 

We are pleased to announce that the project – Verkių 39, Vilnius I, has been fully realised.

The investment offer consisted of a new apartment with an underground parking slot and three storage rooms located in an up-and-coming area of Vilnius at Verkių str. 39. 

Following the successful sale of the apartment, the total average annual return to investors for this project was 8.1%.

The disbursement of funds is currently underway and will be distributed within two working days.

We would like to inform you that the buy-to-let project – Verkių 39, Vilnius has been partially realized.

Two underground parking spaces of this project have been sold. Proportionally to the amount of the loan granted, a total of EUR 4,500 was repaid to the investors and a capital gain of 1.5% per annum was paid on that amount.

Disbursement of funds is currently underway and will be distributed within 1 working day.

We would like to inform you that the mortgage on the project’s – Verkių 39, Vilnius asset, has been successfully placed (the document is attached in the documents section).

The interest payment for this project will be distributed next month.
