We are pleased to announce that the project – M9-6, Vilnius, has been fully realized.

The investment offer consisted of modern and well-equipped apartments in a perspective part of Vilnius city, address: Manufaktūrų str. 9.

Following the successful sale of the apartment, the total average annual return to investors for this project was 7.97%.

The disbursement of funds is currently underway and will be distributed within two working days.

We would like to inform you that the mortgage on the project – M9-6, Vilnius asset, has been successfully placed (the document is attached in the documents section). 

The interest for the project will be distributed next month.

We would like to inform you, that before mortgaging the assets, assets were redefined in the terms of the loan, by specifying exact parking slots and numbers of the storage units. Scope of mortgaged assets did not change from initially defined in project description. You can find the amendment among project documents.
