InRento team presents the third and last stage of the rental properties – M8, Vilnius III. The investment opportunity consists of five studio-type lofts located: at Meistrų st. 8, Vilnius.

All the construction work for this project has been completed, and the premises are fully equipped.

Investors will be paid a fixed annual interest of 7% – 7.1% depending on the amount invested. This project has a fixed 2% annual capital gains, which are paid at the end of the project. This raises the overall yield of the project from 9% to 9.1% of the annual return.

Please be informed that the buy-to-let project – M8, Vilnius has been partially realized.

This time another loft has been sold. The investors were reimbursed EUR 26,479.40 for all three stages of the project. 

The payments are currently in progress and will be distributed together with a fixed 2% annual capital gain.
