Reasons to invest in the project M8, Vilnius II:

Attractive fixed annual rental yield: (7-7.5%);

Fixed annual return on capital gains: (+2%) (paid at the end of the project);

Modern and cozy lofts;

The fixed interest is indexed to inflation;

The independent appraiser evaluated the premises at EUR 256,100.

InRento team presents the second stage of the rental properties – M8, Vilnius II. The investment opportunity consists of five studio-type lofts located: at Meistrų st. 8, Vilnius.

Four out of five lofts are fully equipped with new furniture and household appliances. Two of these four lofts are rented out for EUR 390 and EUR 400 a month. Others are planned to be rented out soon. This project's third financing phase will occur when the last (fifth) loft is installed.

The project owner pays the investors a fixed annual interest of 7–7.5% (as a rental return). The interest depends on the amount invested in the project. The project also has a fixed 2% return on capital gains per year, which increases the overall return of the project to at least 9% to 9.5% per year.

The maximum loan term is 34 months.

M8, Vilnius project – successfully realised.

We would like to inform you that the M8, Vilnius project has been fully realised. The interest and late interest penalties are being distributed and will be paid within 2 working days.

The investment offer consisted of five studio lofts located at Meistrų Str. 8, Vilnius.

It is important to note that the average annual return for investors in this project was higher than expected, reaching 9.58% instead of 9%.

Although technical difficulties were encountered during the loan repayment process, they were successfully resolved. Due to the delay, investors will be paid additional late payment interest.

Technical issues have delayed the expected loan repayment for all project stages. The situation is currently being resolved with the project owner.

The project owner has sufficient funds to cover all loan stages, capital gains and late payment fees, and will be repaid to investors in due course.

We would like to remind you that a late payment fee of 0.2% is applied each day the loan payment is overdue. Late payments are subject to late loan administration fees of 0.1% per day.

The project – M8, Vilnius has been partially realized.

Investors have been repaid EUR 26,649.23 for all project stages.

The payments were distributed together with the fixed capital gains totalling EUR 1,174.23.

Due to a technical error, the partial repayment of the project was distributed to the investors later than usual. Despite this error, the amount of interest paid remained unchanged.

Taking this into account, 1.25% cashback will be paid to all investors in this project. The cashback will be calculated based on the amount of the partial repayment. The cashback will be paid alongside the other payments of this project.

The project – M8, Vilnius has been partially realized.

Investors have been repaid EUR 26,820.60 for all project stages.

The payments were distributed together with the fixed capital gains totalling EUR 1,345.60.

Please be informed that the buy-to-let project – M8, Vilnius has been partially realized.

This time another loft has been sold. The investors were reimbursed EUR 26,479.40 for all three stages of the project. 

The payments are currently in progress and will be distributed together with a fixed 2% annual capital gain.
