Example calculation: If the Loan is repaid after one year, a fixed return of 1.5% applies. If the Loan is repaid after 24 months, a fixed return of 3% applies. If the Loan is repaid after 36 months, a fixed return of 4.5% applies. If the Loan is repaid after 48 months, a fixed return of 6% applies. If the Loan is repaid after 60 months, a fixed return of 7.5% applies.The profit margin is payable whether or not the Loan is repaid on sale of the property.

The project consisted of a fully furnished apartment located just 10 minutes walking distance from Vilnius Cathedral. The area of the completed apartment is 54.92 m², consisting of two rooms and a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. This apartment was financed together with its two underground parking spaces.
Following the successful sale of the apartment, the total average annual return to investors in this project was 8.4%.
Disbursement of funds is currently underway and will be distributed within 1 working day.
We would like to inform you that the monthly interest from project owner was received on time. However, due to issues we are facing on the payment processor’s side we can not process the payments correctly. Interest payment for this project is received and the funds are secured in escrow account. We are aiming to distribute these payments as soon as possible on the upcoming business days.
We would like to inform you that the mortgage on the project – R3, Vilnius asset has been successfully placed (the document is attached in the documents section). The interest for the project will be distributed next month.
