Our Story
InRento was founded in 2020 by Gustas Germanavičius, a serial entrepreneur with a background in FinTech and real estate crowdfunding across Europe. Through hands-on experience in the industry, Gustas identified a clear gap in the market - a lack of lower-risk, rental-income-based real estate investment opportunities accessible to individual investors.
InRento was created to address this gap by making buy-to-let real estate investing simple, transparent, and accessible across Europe. From day one, the platform focused on income-generating properties secured by first-rank mortgages, prioritizing risk management, asset security, and long-term value over rapid expansion.
As InRento grew, it expanded into multiple European markets and evolved into a regulated platform connecting experienced project owners with investors seeking passive income from professionally managed rental properties.
While building the platform, the InRento team recognized that real estate is about more than financial returns.
