The InRento team presents a new investment opportunity – Havet Hotel, Poland. It’s a fully operational, income and profit generating 5-star hotel located in one of the most popular seaside resorts in Poland, with access to the Baltic Sea coast.
The 5-star hotel sits directly on the shoreline, surrounded by pine forests and dunes, offering a strong natural advantage in a competitive coastal market.

In 2024, accommodation facilities in the Kołobrzeg region hosted over 4.1 million tourists, including more than 750,000 in Kołobrzeg city itself. The surrounding rural Kołobrzeg area – where Dźwirzyno is located – recorded more than 380,000 overnight stays in July – August, confirming its status as one of the most visited coastal destinations in Poland.
Financed funds will be used to acquire the hotel property and enhance operational efficiency, with the objective of increasing revenue and improving profit margins. Investment security is ensured by surety and mortgaged property valued at over EUR 20 million, consisting of 89 different units: 32 apartments and 57 non-residential premises serving various hotel functions.
Project owner – Lautus Hotel Development Sp. z o.o. a Polish hotel management company based in Warsaw managed by Grzegorz Leszczyński. Grzegorz Leszczyński – a Polish capital markets executive and the long-standing President of the Management Board of IDM S.A., a role he has held since 1998. He has extensive experience in investment services, corporate finance, strategic management and real estate development.
IDM S.A. – a Polish financial services company, publicly listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange that specialises in providing alternative capital advisory services to businesses seeking financing options beyond traditional bank lending.

Investors are offered the opportunity to stay in these apartments free of charge when investing from EUR 15,000 (more information at the bottom of the project description).
The project is secured by a first-rank mortgage and a surety, and it offers investors fixed monthly interest of 9.4% – 10.65% p.a., along with fixed capital gains of 1.5% p.a., paid at maturity. Which raises gross profitability between 10.9% and 12.15% p.a.
